Ideal location for our needs, quiet neighbourhood and easy to access local facilities. Local area had plenty of shops and food places. Good transport links, railway station 10 minutes walk.
"In person handover" advertised, but on arrival, no one there. Rang Pass the Keys, to be told keys in the key safe by the front door and given the code. No parking permit, contacted them again to be told they would ring me back, once they spoke to the owner, but heard nothing further until I rang, the day we left, to confirm we would not incur any cost for the missing permit.
Cleanliness could have been better, stairs handrail was grey with dirt, which I cleaned in under a minute. Mould on bathroom windows, suggesting they had not been cleaned properly in quite a while. Pans, cooker, floor needed proper clean, including under sofa and fridge. Advertised as having a "smart tv", there was, but no aerial or box to watch conventional TV. No instructions for appliances.
