A great location but the property needs to be updated including the signage “sand Bay”

The location was excellent

The linen in the double bedroom smelt damp and felt damp, had to take pillows from other room. On arrival the smell of air freshener was too much. General appearance is out dated and the fittings in the bathroom need to be replaced due to rust. The step to enter the property is somewhat dangerous. In fact I had a fall.!!

That maybe a dog guard/ baby gate wasn’t provided for the back door. It would have been nice to be able to have the door open without dogs / children coming or going out.
