About this apartment rental
A view of Perranporth's sand dunes from the living room and double bedroom make this apartment a great place to stay, without the need to venture out to enjoy its surroundings. Fully equipped kitchen and cosy living room, brand new beds and mattresses and fresh decorating to make for an enjoyable stay. The apartment is located on the first floor with two small sets of steps up to the entrance.
Kitchen appliances: washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and toaster.
Living room: 4/5 seater sofa, smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, WiFi, 4 seater folding leaf table and chairs and heating.
Bathroom: curved screen shower cubicle, heated towel rail, large mirrored storage cabinet, wash basin and loo.
Bedroom 1: window overlooking sand dunes, comfy double bed, clothes hanging area and heating. Bedside table and under bed storage for cases etc.
Bedroom 2: smaller window overlooking Atlantic Bay gardens, two comfy single beds, clothes hanging area and heating. Large bedside table with under bed storage.
Coat hanging and shoe storage areas.
Outdoor communal gardens and discrete clothes, towels, wet suits etc drying area.
3 miles of a fantastically clean, dog friendly beach just 1 minute from your door. Bars, restaurants, surf and pasty shops, and if you’re lucky, the odd seal sighting on the south cliff walk to Droskyn Point.
Reservations from 3 - 14 nights. Main holiday dates (Term Times) minimum 7 night reservations. Max of 2 well behaved dogs welcome.

Clean and tidy, lovely spot for us and our dogs, comfortable beds and the flat stays warm, really enjoyed our short stay

What a fantastic little place on the sand dunes. We couldn’t believe how close we were to the beautiful beach and sunsets. The flat itself is beautifully decorated and has absolutely everything you could need. Darryl is a great host with very good communication. Thank you for our stay.
