The location a short walk to Ortigia . Facilities top notch. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet even being on a busy street.
The stairs a little steep for those with mobility problems.

Чудове розміщення, гарний ремонт та умови проживання. Господарі залишили каву, чай, вино та солодощі- це дуже приємно!
Не вистачало всього декількох речей, для ідеального перебування. На кухні є каструлі, сковорідка, тарілки та склянки. Ми готували їжу у більшості самостійно, на кухні потрібен як мінімум один ніж та дошка.
Коли включно кондиціонер та плита, інколи вибиває електрику. Необхідно включити у підʼїзді рубильник.

Very clean with everything we needed. Location is very good, easy walking distance from the main sites and Ortigia.
Stairs up to the apartment are quite steep. No personal contact with the proprietors other than by phone & text. Many apartments in the area and on street municipal parking spaces can be a little hard to find.

La casa è davvero carina, sistemata e centralissima.
Host molto gentile
C’erano formiche davvero ovunque… in bagno, in cucina ecc.. consiglio vivamente di migliorare questa situazione perché la casetta è carina e c’è davvero tutto.
Consiglierei anche una finestra insonorizzata perché essendo un primo piano si sentono le auto e anche le persone che passeggiano sotto.
