L’emplacement et la superficie du logement. Bien équipé.
Communication avec les responsables qui ne m’ont jamais répondu pour savoir où déposer les vidanges. Ils ne fournissent aucun linge à vaisselle et qu’un seul savon pour le lave-vaisselle pour 4 jours.

The apartment is beautiful, bright, spacious and at a great location. The staff was very nice and communication at check in and check out was easy and smooth.
The reason I sadly cannot give 10/10 for this accommodation is the fact that it was very warm during our entire stay (end of August and beginning of September). While both the living room space downstairs and the bedroom in the loft have separate AC units, they do not manage to effectively cool the space at all. Because of the high ceilings the warmth “gathers” upstairs in the loft bedroom at a night it was impossible sleep because of it. As the ACs turn off when you leave the apartment and turn off electricity, when you come back from a day at the beach the apartment is basically a sauna (even if you keep the blinds down). To cool the apartment even a little the AC needs to work for several hours. We ended up buying a fan and carrying it with us around the apartment as we couldn’t stand the heat otherwise.

Casa davvero molto bella, pulita, luminosa e spaziosa, dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno confortevole.
L’agente che ci ha accolti e consegnato le chiavi è stato molto disponibile e gentile.
Ottima anche la posizione, comoda per raggiungere Ortigia.
Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene e il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole.
Gli asciugamani, pur non essendo sporchi o maleodoranti, presentavano diverse macchie visibili.
Il bagno si trova al piano superiore, mentre il soggiorno è al piano terra, quindi la presenza delle scale potrebbe risultare scomoda per chi ha problemi o difficoltà motorie.
Inoltre, ci sono alcune procedure burocratiche da completare all’arrivo: consiglio di effettuare la parte richiesta prima del check-in, così da rendere la consegna delle chiavi più veloce e semplice.

L'appartamento è super accessoriato, non manca nulla (macchinetta del caffè, microonde, utensili per la cucina e stoviglie, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugacapelli con diffusore, aria condizionata, ecc.).
Inoltre l'appartamento è nuovissimo e finemente arredato come da foto. Al piano inferiore c'è un ampio open space con cucina, tavolo da pranzo, divano e TV; al piano superiore c'è il bagno con doccia e un'ampia camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, aria condizionata e TV.
La casa si trova in una posizione ottima, a 10 minuti a piedi da Ortigia e con possibilità di parcheggiare nei pressi.
L'appartamento è gestito da un agenzia (cosa che per mia distrazione non avevo capito al momento della prenotazione) che potrebbe essere una garanzia e un vantaggio per molti versi. Per altri però potrebbe rappresentare un limite soprattutto per la fluidità della comunicazione come è capitato nel nostro caso.
Per poter fare il check-in è necessario incontrare un welcome agent e pertanto abbiamo dovuto concordare un orario preciso (molto spesso in vacanza non è sempre facile definire un orario non conoscendo le distanze del luogo che stai visitando). Abbiamo atteso una mezz'ora che il welcome agent arrivasse (può capitare) il quale non conosceva per niente l'appartamento e non sapeva neanche dirci dove fosse il bagno. Abbiamo subito costatato che non era stato preparato il divano letto per nostra figlia e non ci erano state fornite ne le lenzuola ne gli asciugamani per lei. Ho iniziato a chiamare il contact center e mandare messaggi whatsapp al numero dedicato facendo presente che avevo urgentemente bisogno del necessario per mia figlia ma non ho ricevuto risposta immediata. Ho ricevuto un messaggio due giorni dopo per conoscere l'orario del checkout del giorno seguente. Solo un messaggio di scusa per l'inconveniente però nonostante le chiamate e i messaggi, non abbiamo mai visto risolto il problema delle lenzuola e degli asciugamani. Abbiamo dovuto dormire in 3 per tutta la durata del soggiorno.
