The customer service is horrible. The house smelled like pet urine. The whole upstairs was unusable due to the smell of

The house was extremely dirty—the pool, the furniture, the walls, the floors, and everything in between. The upstairs smelled like pet urine. There was hair on the sheets when we arrived. It took two days to get warm water in the house.
