Nice apartment with gated parking in the inner yard.
The area is fine (2026) during the day and evening.
The room is comfy and has all you need.
Note, you need to download and use an app for this apartment.
The gate to the inner yard is operated by calling a phone number. Entering and leaving the property, we couldn't make it work. Another resident couldn't make it work either with his (different?) number. For me it was: "the number you've called is not available". I tried with and without Country code and all kinds of combinations. Eventually, there was someone else opening the gate. Maybe a fluke.

Todo nos gustó , desde las instalaciones, el tener parking y la comunicación con el propietario fue buena. La ubicación cerca del centro, a la ida cogimos un tranvía para acercarnos al centro el número 4, la parada está cerca del apartamento. Pero a la vuelta volvemos andando, y muy bien.
Nada , todo ok.

V prvom rade keď prídete a ste , tak trošku zmetený , máte smolu ak čakáte , že Vám niekto poradí na telefóne. Príde Vám akurát sms , ktorá je síce výstižna , ale ....Po príchode do apartmánu zistíte , že je tam všetkého tak trochu málo. Tretina toaletného papiera dva poháre , posteľ je už vyležaná. A ráno Vás nezabudne presne o 10:00 vyhodiť upratovačka. Daľšia vec je , že apartmán sa nachádza na vykričanej rómskej ulici. Takže Vás privíta znečistená ulica a večer sa ešte obávate ísť pešo domov.
