El hotel tiene muchísimo potencial y nuestra experiencia general fue muy buena. Destacan los espacios amplios, la piscina, el paisajismo, la cercanía a la playa y el muy buen estado de las instalaciones; todo lo que utilizamos funcionaba correctamente. También quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad y disposición del personal, en particular de Manuel, Alonso y Leandro, que hicieron una diferencia durante nuestra estadía.
El principal espacio de mejora está en la coordinación del servicio y en algunos procedimientos de atención. En distintos momentos sentimos que falta una mayor integración entre recepción, bares y restaurante, además de pequeños detalles de confort y ambientación que permitirían que la experiencia estuviera al mismo nivel que la muy buena infraestructura del hotel. Son aspectos perfectamente corregibles y que, en mi opinión, harían una diferencia importante.

Nos gusto mucho la piscina y el bungalow.
Las mosquiteras estaban rotas, la playa estaba muy sucia y el desayuno pobre.
