Villas at Playa de Coco

The property is new and well designed. The are is located in a nice area around other resorts.

The second room was small and not as spacious and confortable as the main room.

New, modern, clean facility, but no resort, no hotel. Only small separated bedroom in new Villa with shared kitchen and living room

No Villa alocated beach, only pools. The neighboring beach is full of debris washed in from the sea, and no one cleans it. Not suitable if you’re looking for accommodation with a nice beach. Facility is located by the roadside, a very limited restaurant menu with only American-style food, and the pizza is about as close to real Italian wood-fired pizza as the Earth is to the Moon

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and helped us navigate the eccentricities of this brand new hotel. Dinner at the restaurant did not disappoint, nor did their bloody marys the next day ;)

I didn't realize when booking (for our wedding anniversary!) that most of the beachfront villa is shared living space and only our bedroom and bathroom were private. The family we shared the rest of the villa with was also unaware of the "hostel-like" accommodation. Very alarming when you consider the price point and are not made aware until being shown your room. I was allowed to pay an additional cost for a more private space on the 2nd floor. The outdoor shower up there was phenomenal!
