The staff is really nice, the amenities are beautiful and it is really quiet, they only have 7 rooms in total.
The food was really good as well!
There were a lot of things that we did not enjoy.
Firstly, we had breakfast included in our room charge, but there is really only two things you can order from the breakfast menu, and one of them is chilaquiles, the other is egg with tortillas. If you want an egg or chicken with it, you pay between 3-5 USD more, so not really worth the price you pay for "breakfast included".
They also told us at the beginning, that we can choose how much tip we want to leave, but at checkout we were obligated to pay 30% in tips. When we left and did the math, it was actually 34% that they had charged us additionally - so be careful when you check out and double check your bill. The service is good, but not 34% on top of overpriced food good.
The hotel is really far away from anything, if you do not have a car, you are pretty much stuck to the hotel - and prices are more like US standard than mexican standard. The cheapest item on the food menu is 20 USD - a beer is almost 5 USD and all of that without tip. So you might want to budget that into your stay.
Lastly, the whirlpool also wasn't working and if you want to leave the property at night to go out, you have to let the guard know at what time you will be back, otherwise you won't get in.
Overall, a beautiful hotel - but they are abusing customers in tips and prices. There are better options in Zihuatanejo that won't charge as much as this hotel.

Muy miserables con los desayunos y nada para competir con hoteles que presentan mejores alternativas de desayuno. Una lástima ya que el esfuerzo del personal es muy bueno, pero limitan los pequeños detalles que en realidad no son tan costosos.
Me parece exagerado que cobren hasta los pequeños detallles como el agua y los alimentos no tan buens para los precios que tienen.

La playa es excelente, el tratado del personal muy amables y atentos a tus necesidades
Le falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones y revisar los cajones de mimbre algunos ya están deteriorados y oliendo a humedad, en algunos enchufes no hay corriente eléctrica y goteras y falta un bote de basura en la habitación .
En l zona del restaurante hay
sillas ya vencidas en el asiento. Y mantenimiento de la alberca y los baños de la alberca .. porque por las mañanas están bien sucios

El lugar es muy lindo, y las habitaciones también.
El restaurante no cataloga como tal. Y siendo que está alejado de las otras opciones, muchas veces nuestra alimentación peligraba.
De las 4 noches: una nos dijeron que no abría, otra nos dieron una sola opción de plato, otra nos hicieron elegir el menú antes de merendar. Además es caro y de baja calidad.
