It was a lovely property very tastefully decorated and modern and homely. It was a lovely place to stay and very comfortable. I was also very impressed with the customer service provided by the management company who took time to explain things when we were worried about their request for a security deposit and ID (this was also out of hours because we found ourselves not wanting to camp in torrential downpours in a muddy field), and I was really impressed with how quickly they refunded the deposit following our departure. Thank you Anne and The Escape Ordinary Team.
Although it was obviously cleaned the thing that let it down was the number of spiders webs all over the house, this let it down.

Good location and fairly clean - lovely open plan kitchen sitting room, comfortable beds and bedding on the double beds. Wood supplied for the fire.
Two floor boards in the upstairs double bedroom were broken and lights in the two upstairs bathrooms were not all working, twin room toilet flush needs adjustment, single duvets bit too narrow for the beds. Heating took a while to suss out as despite turning up thermostat the boiler had been turned to minimum so radiators didn’t give much heat until we looked at the boiler.
