Beware – This property is a scam. It is essentially a basement, not a proper apartment.

Nothing. We left immediately after arriving. It was impossible to stay there, especially with children or elderly people.

As many other reviews have already mentioned, the entrance is next to the building's garbage bins, and the smell carries into the property. Inside, there was also a strong bleach odor. The apartment is underground, making it damp and humid, with visible signs of mold. There are no proper windows, so it cannot be ventilated. Under these conditions, it was impossible for us to sleep there.

Definitely not a „superb“ room is in a nice location for Paris though.

Location & 3 rooms for family with 2 adult children.

Moldy on lower level due to improper shower installation — same improper installation in all rooms caused water to flow out if showers into rooms. Downstairs water was under wood floors & walls causing mold. Also no windows in rooms — no big deal if only there to sleep…also kitchen bar sloping — needs stability leg in middle…

good location, great place

very good location, great place as well especially for a big group like mine, with 3 shower area, that was superb. the place is also equipped of everything we need, from kitchen to toiletries to extra beddings or sheets. i would highly recommend the place

i just didnt like much the design of the shower and toilet area in the master's bedroom where the concept is open roof and glass door but with big gap on the side. Other than that, everything is great

Varias fallas en puertas, no hay ventanas, falta de ventilación, muy apretado, se sugiere no ofrecer para mas de 6 personas, cambiar el sofá cama (muy incomodo) y mejor po er un comedor en su lugar.
