The location was perfect for exploring Tallinn and we were right in the middle of the Old Town.
We liked how the owners have maintained the history of the building and medieval style by keeping the stone and timber features.
The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the view of the rooftops from the main bedroom window.
The stone steps to the apartment were steep and challenging when carrying a suitcase.
The bathroom had an odd odour to it and the water pressure was inconsistent.
The second bedroom was a single bed under the rafters....not ideal for anyone tall.

Great central location . As it is in a courtyard it was never noisy.
Very interesting property which was been nicely converted and well equipped.
The stairs up to the apartment were quite challenging with large suitcases.

The keys were in the lock box as stated. However see below.
The apartment was in an amazing location and central to the town.
It was very comfortable.
Better instructions to access the apartment. Can I suggest:
The lock box has keys to the apartment.
There are 3 keys. The red fob is magnetic and if you press this against the fob to the right of the gate it will release the gate.
At the end of the courtyard there are 2 grey/blue doors You need the left one. The black key will open this door and it turns clockwise. The door opens outwards. It is a bit stiff to open.
Once inside climb to the very top of the staircase. Your flat is the right door. Use the last key to access the flat. Again it turns clockwise and opens towards you.
Please leave a simple instruction on using an induction hob.
I contacted to mention the smell of the drain and water pressure which you said was not something that had been reported before. However looking at past reviews I see it has been. I appreciate it is an old building but this needs addressing. The bathroom smell is really awful for periods in the day and the water is very unreliable. This includes drinking water at the taps in the kitchen. I am talking about going from a shower to nothing. and no drinking water available. I don't think this is acceptable.
Thank you for replacing the light at the front door. That made a big difference so we could see to get in. The problem we had on the final night was not great. The magnetic fob simply did not work. You said it was because of the cold. The cold was not unusual that evening. Tallinn was cold the whole duration of our stay which is why we visited. I'm not sure what we would have done had our neighbours not come out and were able to let us in.
Its easy not to give feedback if you know you don't intend to return, but i feel you need to have an accurate picture so you can make the choice on how to deal with things. We had a lovely break but the apartment had a lot of issues.
Your city is beautiful with so much to offer.
