Great apartment. Stayed here for 3 nights with my sister and my parent. It is lovely. And the owner is amazing too, got us some laundry drying racks when he seen us washing our laundry. The apartment was clean, beautiful and had everything you needed. Bed was comfy and we had a balcony with shutters to keep the heat out during the day. Helped a little but there is no escaping the heat in Greece during August, was great for nighttime though to create pitch darkness. And you had AC in both - living room and bedroom. And it's in a very convenient place. Was like 4 min away from the metro.
There wasn't anything I didn't like. The neighbourhood is a bit sketchy but it's just part of Athens. Besides if you don't ask for trouble, trouble won't find you and be aware of your surroundings.

Adonis, der Gastgeber, ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten schon vor dem Check-in unsere Koffer in die Wohnung stellen und uns kurz frisch machen. Auch nach dem Check-out konnten wir noch unsere Koffer unterstellen. Adonis ist bestens organisiert. Im Apartment gab es frisches Obst und Getränke sowie eine sehr komfortable Ausstattung. Die Lage ist sehr zentral.

Lo mejor, sin duda, fue la ubicación, muy cerca de la plaza Omonia. Disponía de dos máquinas de aire acondicionado, lavadora y utensilios de limpieza.
A pesar del nombre, el apartamento no disponía de balcón y por supuesto no tiene vistas a la Acrópolis; lo que se veía por la ventana era un patio de luces a un edificio de aspecto siniestro.
Además, la ventana del dormitorio principal era muy baja y para una familia con niños pequeños ofrece bastante inseguridad; Nosotros, que viajamos con nuestro hijo de 10 años, pusimos el tendedero a modo de barrera.

El mobiliario y el baño estaban nuevos. Muebles de tienda barata, pero nuevos.
El edificio ruinoso, el barrio sucio, peligroso....las tiendas y casas de los alrededores aún peor....daba miedo salir de casa a cualquier hora. Una pena.
