Rooms are very nice, clean and spacious in beautiful surroundings. There are a few free parking spots also just outside the hotel which is a plus if you are coming by car.
The only improvement that I can think of is the breakfast. I feel there can be a bit more options for the breakfast.

Great location to explore Dolomites with the bus service virtually outside to take you to Tre Cime + Cadini di Misurina and only 30min drive to Lago di Saropis.
Apartment is perfect for 4 adults with kitchen and wonderful views & parking.
Offers much better value for money compared to staying in Cortina which is only 40mins drive.
Highly recommend the breakfast and Spa
$$$$
