Friendly welcome. Nice and clean room with a view. Secure space for the bicycles. The attached restaurant was better than expected.
WiFi did not reach our room. Breakfast could be improved.

We were first greeted by a very friendly receptionist who recommended the restaurant right beside us, which was decent. The breakfast had a good spread too. Amazing view of the lake with mountains

Rooms were immaculate, bed was comfortable. They're not glamorous rooms but they're very nice and well kept. The windows opened which was great for cooler evenings and overnight - and the location is quiet so there was never any disturbance. There's a nice little restaurant sharing the main floor - it isn't owned by the hotel but it's standards and price were equally good. The hotel breakfast was really good, and served by very pleasant staff.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like! But I'll add to the likes: the gentleman at the desk who checked us in and gave us terrific advice during the days we were there was lovely - thank you Nicola!
Also, we absolutely loved our experience at a nearby restaurant - Gran Caffe Tiziano. The setting and decor are fabulous, all of the staff that we dealt with were fantastic and the lasagna was terrific :)

The breakfast was good, however the second day we got there a little later (but still during the time slot) and there was a fewer things left.
The view was nice, but there is a road passing beneath that is noisy, and no chairs on the balcony to just enjoy the view.
The price of the room is very expensive for the quality of the facility. We had booked this hotel because there was not much else available in the area.
