Very informative manager. Great dining opportunities. Great geographical location making all main attractions very accessible. Good lake view from balcony
The description made you feel that you were right on the lakeside, whereas in fact, there was a very busy road with lots of traffic running between the front of the hotel and the lake

Detergent smell is too strong on the linens.

Great location close to all main regional attractions
Whilst it was listed as being right on the lakeside, the description failed to mention that there was a busy main road in between the hotel and the lake, spoiling its ambience
