Very nice room, with a restaurant downstairs which makes dinner very convenient.
Well located near to Lake Misurina and Tre Crime hiking area (just a short drive away).
The staff were very friendly (especially the receptionist)
Breakfast were primarily leftovers (though there were SOME freshly cooked stuff)

Location is perfect, only a few minutes away from Tre Cime tollgate. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wonderful view. Rooms were well sized and very clean. Great for a short stay.
The beds weren't very comfortable. Breakfast and coffee weren't great.

The location is superb with an incredible view to the lake and surroundings. Also very close to tre cime
The stay was overall very enjoyable, though the breakfast selection didn't quite live up to the rest of the experience. It hit the spot for a quick bite, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of quality and freshness.

Hotel is renovated and beautiful, the room had new bathroom and it was clean. the balcony view was like a dream. Best location for visiting Tre Chime di Lavadero, and spectacular view from the dining room too. Dinner options were good and they had delicious breakfast included. Good pricing for the perfect location.
front desk/waiters/bartender was not friendly or helpful at all.
When we checked in, he was surrounded by some of his friends at the doors, drinking and laughing really loud. His friends were blocking the way, not friendly at all. We honestly felt a bit scared thinking that was the place vibe. They left after a while and we understood everything was normal there. Just unfriendly staff. I honestly can deal with the weird treatment from the staff, but I can't pass the fact the bed was broken. It was an absolutely old matters. We wanted to cry. Our backs were broken the next day.
