Nestled in quiet Estate Fish Bay, this delightful villa offers a peaceful mountain view retreat for 1-4 guests.
Newly refreshed in and out and new to the rental market this quaint villa is surrounded by palm trees and nature.
Sol Cottage Villa offers 2 bedrooms including a queen on the main floor, and a king or optional two twin beds on the second floor. The cozy mainfloor full bathroom features a screened top (to keep pesky bugs out) and island stoned outdoor shower. There is now a new full bathroom upstairs for added privacy.
This lovely property is the perfect home away from home. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, TVs, and ACs throughout as well as a private washing machine and dryer during your stay.
The pool and deck area are private and surrounded by palm trees and feature a seating area, loungers and a dining table as well as a gas grill and outdoor fridge for easy access to those adult beverages.
Inside there is a dining room, full kitchen, eat in bar and living room with TV.
Each bedroom also has a TV. Delightfully appointed, this villa will not disappoint.
This villa also has a brand-new Pekins 20KW and very quiet generator to ensure you are never without power during your peaceful vacation!

Nightly rate is based off of 1-2 person occupancy. Additional guests are charged a per person per night rate.
Children under 8 are not allowed and adults under 25 are not allowed.
No refunds within 60 days of arrival. For family or weather emergencies you can purchase trip insurance through www.insuremytrip.com. No refunds for tropical storms, hurricanes, or utility company power outages. We highly recommend trip insurance.
Owner and Property Manager assume no liability to renters if they choose to stay in house during a storm. The house may need to be secured if there is an approaching storm.

Our stay at Sol Cottage was perfect. The unit was exactly as described in the listing, incredibly clean, and well stocked, including beach towels, beach chairs, and backpack coolers that were perfect for keeping drinks cool for our daily beach ventures and hikes. They even included a delicious sampling of fresh snacks from North Shore Deli at arrival that were delicious! Very nice touch that was unexpected. The pool was such a nice feature, with the whole deck being it's own little paradise. We used the Starfish Market in Cruz Bay (also recommended by JP before we even arrived) to stock up on essentials for the week. The hosts Beth and JP were so easy to communicate with and friendly. JP gave us tons of recommendations for things to see, places to eat, and spots to visit that were much better than the tourist spots that were more crowded. He even told us to try Francis Bay after sunset to stir up the bioluminescent plankton, which were amazing to see in person. This was our first visit to St. John, and our 2nd will be as soon as the wife and I can get it scheduled. I will absolutely book Sol Cottage again and would recommend it to any visitor to the island, though it was most suitable for just 2 people.

The cottage was just perfect for the week. Awesome pool and deck area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook in. The screened in front porch was a nice retreat at night. So many positives about the cottage. Would stay again.

Villa was extremely nice, kitchen had everything we needed, pool was great. Host let us some treats in the refrigerator which were excellent. We arrived late in the evening and James waited for us to check us into the house and gave us a lot of tips for local beaches.Our trip was wonderful, only advice I have is the roads can get a little slippery after it rains especially on some of the curves that are going up hill.

The unit was very nice and secluded but we had two issues. The first night the smoke alarm in our bedroom chirped all night. The manager came and replaced the battery. The second night there was torrential rain and the roof leaked causing all of our clothing in the closet to get wet. Renters should be told that second bedroom can not be easily accessed
