Shatzies Shoal Bay Beach House is a 3BR family home with large pet friendly yard. Newly renovated kitchen with DW & modern appliances. Enjoy mornings & afternoons on the outdoor deck with a BBQ area. Enjoy sea breezes and mountains views from the front veranda. An easy stroll to Shoal Bay cafes, local IGA, fashion shopping restaurants &clubs. Local beaches within walking distance include lovely national park walks to Shoal bay, Zenith, Wreck, Box beach & the patrolled Fingal Bay Beach.

Freshly painted outside with a new lease of life, 3 bedroom house comfortably fitting 6 people - whether it is 2 families (4 adults and 2 children), a large family or group of friends it is a great location for a weekend away or extended holiday.
