Welcome to our luxurious retreat in beautiful Encinitas. This brand new construction is a designers dream. Giant sliding glass doors and 15ft cielings combine to create a seamless indoor/outdoor space, perfect for entertaining and enjoying the beautiful San Diego weather. End the day in the hot tub, or the large rooftop deck; enjoy a sunset view/firepit/BBQ for friends & family. Located just 1.5 miles from Swami's beach & downtown, enjoy convenient access to restaurants, bars, shopping, parks & entertainment.

– Available for use: 2 beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas
Guests have access to the entire property except for 1 office and the master closet, however we will provide storage and rolling rack for clothing.

Michael's home is modern, wonderfully furnished with every amenity that you could need. It is located in a nice family friendly safe neighbourhood. The beach, grocery and restaurants were all very close. We had a great week stay and felt right at home. The coffee machine and pool table were some nice perks that we enjoyed. We would definitely recommend his home.

Absolutely wonderful house. Micheal was very attentive and helpful. The house was in immaculate condition and was very enjoyable to stay at. The outside living space was so nice and we enjoyed watching movies out there. The kitchen, living room, and bedrooms were equally as beautiful. The hot tub was perfect and was very clean. My mom and I had a very relaxing and peaceful time while I was down in Del Mar for work. We definitely hope to return for another stay.

This was a very clean modern VRBO that we really enjoyed. Very close to the beaches and restaurants.It had an awesome outdoor space with a big sliding door to the inside of the home. My kids enjoyed playing pool on the patio, hot tub and just relaxing outside watching TV. Would love to stay here again!
