Well Crafted Townhouse featuring 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms with a Bonus room, five stop ELEVATOR (starts in the garage) and a HEATED POOL (one of the largest private pools on the island). On the First level there is the bonus room with a deck overlooking the pool, powder room, as well as a junior ensuite with a Queen bed. Next level you enter the bright and airy "Great Room" featuring the living and dining area, a fully stocked kitchen and a large furnished front deck, perfect for outside dining. The spacious private primary ensuite has a King bed on the next floor and a deck also overlooking the pool. To top it off the upper floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Those four bedrooms (3-6) are made up as follows: third bedroom has a Queen, fourth and fifth have 2-twin beds in each and the sixth has 2-sets of traditional bunk beds (twin over twin). There is a fenced in yard, gas grill, enclosed outside showers, garage and two off street parking spots. Townhouse is centrally located close to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, promenade and Excursion Park. Owner provided Beach Chairs and Tags for tenants use (not guaranteed)
