A very quiet property and newly renovated w/impact windows/door, new paint, LVP floors/baseboards, Quaint & Cozy, Private, Non Smoking/ non vaping property, Self Contained Studio 1 mile to the beach, private entrance and bath, Perfect for one or a couple! Bring your pup! Potty trained, well behaved, non aggressive breeds welcome w/ $75 pet fee per pet per stay. You can also charge your electric vehicle at the 24 hr. Tesla destination charging center, located within 200 ft. of the unit at "Diamonds by Raymond Lee" !! The studio is NON SMOKING/NON VAPING, inside and outside, totally self contained and private, with its own private entrance, attached to the main house but main house and backyard are restricted spaces. Please note, there is no full kitchen, however the studio does offer a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker and it's own dedicated mini split a/c system. Free parking for two vehicles. Space is 11 by 15 with a walk in closet and bathroom is 6 by 8. Walk to Publix and Fifth Avenue Shoppes, fantastic restaurants, Mizner Park less than 5 min by car, Town Center Mall shopping five minutes, Boca's beautiful Spanish River Beach a two min drive, Gumbo Limbo Nature Center, enjoy the natural beauty and the beautiful wildlife ! So much to see and do and the weather is of course fantastic! Delray's Atlantic Avenue and Las Olas Blvd., Palm Beach, so many fun places to sightsee/shop/dine/ dance the night away. PBI and FTL 25 min away, MIA just 45 min. Welcome to Boca and hope you enjoy your stay in SoFlo !
