We were surprised to get a room upgrade in one of the rooms. the beds were comfortable and room clean
there were ants but we let the office know

Easy location on PCH for a one night stay
Lacks the finesse or sophistication to make it a Laguna Beach stay for more than one night unless you are on a budget.
Staff could be more customer friendly and less business driven... more personable staff would help make the interaction more pleasant!

Great location. Parking ease.
Front desk person messed up and many in party had to register again on second day. My room had a water logging issue and they changed my room which is good but did not tell me though they were texting me about a bunch of other stuff. Room they moved me into barely had room to move around. No outlets near bed. Very basic hotel at relatively high price.
