We had a wonderful stay at Ripetta View Apartments in Rome! The apartment was in a fantastic location, and Luciano was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. He provided us with a really useful sheet of his favourite restaurants and local amenities, which made exploring Rome even easier.
Unfortunately, I sprained my ankle during our stay, and Luciano went above and beyond to help us. He made sure I received the proper medical attention, helped translate with the Red Cross, and arranged a taxi for us. He also checked in to see how I was doing and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the experience.
His kindness, care, and willingness to go the extra mile made such a difference during what could have been a very stressful situation. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely thoughtful and caring, and we are incredibly grateful for all his help.
We would absolutely recommend Ripetta View Apartments, not only for its great location but especially for Luciano’s outstanding hospitality. Thank you for making our stay in Rome so memorable, even under unexpected circumstances!

Everything was absolutely exceptional! From the warm, attentive staff to the flawless attention to detail, every moment felt truly special and welcoming. The location couldn't be better; central, extremely convenient, and offering a fantastic ambiance.
Literally nothing, everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish!
