Locatie is goed vooral als je op door reis naar/van Zweden bent. Het is eenvoudig, vrij nieuw en schoon.
Het was behoorlijk warm in de kamer, half september. We hebben met open raam (geen hor) geslapen en gelukkig hielp dit doordat de buitentemperatuur goed omlaag ging. In hartje zomer weet ik niet of dit trucje werkt. Bedden waren vrij zacht maar dat is persoonlijke voorkeur.

The hotel was right off the motorway, with good free parking. The room was clean and simplistic, and comfortable overall. The shower had plenty of hot water. There was a McDonalds right next door for dinner and breakfast - not optimal, but handy after a long day of touring.
The hotel failed to send the room number & keypaid code as promised by SMS & email (we didn't know when we booked that the hotel is unmanned and that the room number & entry code would be automatically sent). I ended up asking the manager at McDonalds to call them since I didn't have local calling, and the hotel agent provided the details. There's no elevator to the 2nd floor, so we ended up leaving our suitcases in the car and carrying what we needed upstairs. The coffee machine in the lobby did not work. We would have appreciated an extra chair & small table in the room in which to put some belongings.

Clean & simple room, convenient location, window opened to allow fresh air; good for a quick overnight but not recommended for longer stay.
We requested a ground floor room this time due to mobility issues, but ended up with a second floor room and no communication from property manager. Bigger issue was we received no email or text details of room number & PIN entry code at 15:00 as promised, same issue we had when we stayed first time 3 weeks ago. Email confirming reservation proved they had my email address; email suggested contacting property by phone if no room details have been received, but repeated calls by helpful McDonald's staff next door as well as by a contractor vendor which provides food items to property resulted in zero response by property manager. However, this contractor went out of his way to help us and texted his contact at Easy Stay who provided the check-in details by phone. I also sent an emergency email to the property prior to the vendor's assistance, and the property did respond by email but only following my complaint. The communication from the property manager -- whether automated or by responding to "emergency" requests -- leaves much to be desired. I would thus not recommend this hotel from a communications viewpoint, although the property itself met our expectations for price, simplicity, cleanliness, & convenience.
