We booked an apartment for 3 nights, and initially, we were assigned the one shown in the pictures. It was spacious, clean, and welcoming with two bottles of water and paper napkins on the table. Everything was good for the first night.
However, we were informed in advance that we would need to switch to another apartment the next day due to a fire alarm check. When we moved, we asked the host if we could wait for the fire alarm check to be completed before relocating our luggage. Unfortunately, she seemed annoyed by our request and responded by saying that we had only paid for the second apartment, which was smaller and did not have a city view (only the first apartment did). She also pointed out that the first apartment was more expensive. I would suggest you confirm beforehand which room you would get before checking in.
Overall, while the first apartment was great, the second one was not up to standard, and the host’s response left much to be desired.
Sadly, the second apartment was disappointing. The floor had visible hair, the bathroom was dirty with water on the walls and floor, and the bed sheets didn’t appear to have been changed, though she assured us the maid had changed them. Additionally, there were no napkins or water bottles, which were provided in the first apartment. The curtains were not working, so we had to ask them to come and fix them. I’ve attached some pictures to show the condition of the second apartment.
