The apartment is in a very convenient location, just a short distance from the Ca' d'Oro Vaporetto stop on the Grand Canal. It is also close to the Fondamente Nove stop, where Vaporettos depart for Burano, Murano, and the Lido.
The apartment is beautifully furnished and ideal for a couple's stay. There is a grocery store nearby as well.
Also, if you are unsure about anything or need advice on the best Vaporetto connections, Sara and Maria are incredibly helpful; they always assist you promptly, so you never have to wait long for a reply.
If I plan another trip to Venice, I will definitely choose this apartment again.

L’emplacement, au centre de Venise pour tout visiter à pied mais en étant au calme. Le parking à l’extérieur du centre avec un tarif dérisoire. Le loft était bien équipé et très confortable. Sara était efficace, à l’écoute et très diligente.
Pas de placard pour ranger les vêtements.

The property is very clean, smelt lovely as soon as we walked in. It is well equipped and has the most comfortable bed ever! From start to finish the host Sara was just fantastic with directions how to get there and lots of useful tips and information of where to go. She went above and beyond to make our stay a fantastic experience and especially as we were celebrating a 50th Birthday.

We spent four days there and immediately felt right at home. Sara´s communication regarding our arrival, from the detailed directions to restaurant recommendations and activity suggestions, was excellent. The apartment is very well equipped (we did not use the kitchen except for the refrigerator), and it was very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The apartment´s location is highly recommended, it is in a quiet neighborhood. Yet it is just a two minute walk to the main steet with plenty of shops. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance. When we checked out, we were able to leave our luggage in the entryway, so we could enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Thanks for the great time in Venice. We felt like part of the family.
