Facilities were amazing very picturesque. Love the conversation pit and projector worked fine but was a bit quiet. The bedrooms were lovely along with the sauna and ice bath worked a treat. The staff were always on call if we had any concerns. The pool was a good size.
It was difficult to sleep in as there was a rooster making a considerable amount of noise at 6 am although they did leave ear plugs it wasn’t much help. In the room up the top closest to the stairs there was a window leaking when there was heavy rain. A couple of the rooms sofas had stains on them. In the last 24hrs the hot water stopped working, staff were quick to help and tried multiple to fix it but couldn’t by the time we left.
