Spacious, clean and had wash/ dryer which was convenient. Location was also very close to the subway and shops.
Toilets smelt a little. But otherwise very clean.

Great location near Kyoto Station and convenience stores. Good to have washing facilities.
There was a kitchenette, but no table or chairs to eat at!

It is near metro, Host is helpful.
even though we gave the taxi driver the address, but we still couldn't find this place. We thought there were 2 rooms with 1 dinning area. but when we reached there we found out that the room for the dining area is another room that have 3 futon bed.
