NIET HUREN!

Het was een mooie plek, maar er achterkomen dat dit een appartement is van een woningbouwvereniging die verhuur niet toestaat is erg oncomfortabel. Het stond beneden bij de liften aangeplakt.

De gedachte dat je illegaal huurt is niet uit mijn gedachten geweest. Er is een woning verzegeld op de verdieping. De omgeving voelt erg schimmig en onveilig. Verhuur is bestemd voor singles en studenten en immigranten. Onbegrijpelijk van booking dat dit mogelijk is.

Buitengewoon!

Een toplocatie op de 16e etage met prachtig uitzicht op de stad Dresden. Het kon niet mooier. Alles prima ingericht. We waren van alle gemakken voorzien. En wat een rust in dit flatgebouw! Alsof er bijna niemand woonde! Heerlijk dicht bij treinstation (dus met de trein zou ook ideaal geweest zijn! En dicht bij het centrum met alle mooie bezienswaardigheden. Een klein stukje lopen…en je was op de mooiste plekken van de stad! Ideaal dat we vlakbij de locatie konden parkeren!

Er viel ons werkelijk niets tegen!

Ideal für Zugreisende.

Das kleine, feine Apartement in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs, ist genau so, wie beschrieben. Trotz Verkehr, Bahnhof etc., ist es sehr ruhig. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Alles ist sehr sauber, die kleine Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Balkon mit Blick über die Dächer der ganzen Umgebung, grandiose Aussicht Richtung Sonnenuntergang. Im Haus selbst ist es auch sehr ruhig. 16. Stock, 2 Fahrstühle. Die Altstadt ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, ganz in der Nähe sind mehrere Einkaufszentren und Supermärkte.

Een toplocatie op de 16e etage met prachtig uitzicht op de stad Dresden. Het kon niet mooier. Alles prima ingericht. We waren van alle gemakken voorzien. En wat een rust in dit flatgebouw! Alsof er bijna niemand woonde! Heerlijk dicht bij treinstation (dus met de trein zou ook ideaal geweest zijn! En dicht bij het centrum met alle mooie bezienswaardigheden. Een klein stukje lopen…en je was op de mooiste plekken van de stad! Ideaal dat we vlakbij de locatie konden parkeren!

Das kleine, feine Apartement in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs, ist genau so, wie beschrieben. Trotz Verkehr, Bahnhof etc., ist es sehr ruhig. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Alles ist sehr sauber, die kleine Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Balkon mit Blick über die Dächer der ganzen Umgebung, grandiose Aussicht Richtung Sonnenuntergang. Im Haus selbst ist es auch sehr ruhig. 16. Stock, 2 Fahrstühle. Die Altstadt ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, ganz in der Nähe sind mehrere Einkaufszentren und Supermärkte.
