Not great

The curtain were vey thin, too thin. And the mattress was sagging significantly, there were indentations. The neighbourhood didn’t feel that pleasant or safe to me

Exceeded my expectation and was perfect for short visit for a conference in Dresden.

View, location, equipment in the studio. No problem with internet access, quiet, perfect locaation close to central station, downtown, old town and TU Dresden. I was able to work from the studio and walk to conference venues.

Uitstekende locatie, vlak bij station, trams en winkels. Goede en prettige communicatie voor afhalen sleutels, goede wifi, modern appartement op 16 hoog, geweldig uitzicht. De lift werkte goed en snel. Rustige flat, amper iets gemerkt van andere bewoners, toegangsdeur binnen op de parterre alleen toegankelijk met sleutel dus geen zwervers die er rondhangen.

Matras niet al te dik (geen verrassing na gelezen eerdere recensies), maar toch goed geslapen. Barkrukken een beetje onhandig om lang op te zitten, maar dat kan met mijn leeftijd te maken hebben :)

Posizione molto comoda, vicino alla stazione e ai mezzi. La vista della città dall’alto. L’appartamento con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno.

Spazi comuni del palazzo poco puliti; le tende non coprenti la luce del mattino.
