Our stay at Riverside Palace Apartments was absolutely wonderful in every way. It was truly one of our loveliest accommodation experiences in Prague!
The apartment was incredibly beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, with a stunning view. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay as pleasant and convenient as possible.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine with coffee capsules provided. Even the bathroom was well stocked with shampoo, soap, and liquid hand soap. Absolutely nothing was missing!
The location was another highlight. It was perfectly situated near the famous Dancing House, surrounded by lovely cafés, restaurants, and convenient services. The city center was only about a 15–20 minute walk or approximately 10 minutes by car. Such a fantastic and strategic location for exploring Prague!
What made our experience even more special was the exceptional hospitality of the hosts. They were incredibly friendly, kind, understanding, and always very quick to respond to our messages and requests. They even kindly arranged an early check-in for us before the usual check-in time, which we truly appreciated.
When our flight was delayed due to unexpected airline circumstances and we needed to extend our stay, the hosts were absolutely wonderful. They were extremely understanding and helpful, arranging two additional nights for us in another even more beautiful apartment on the third floor. Their kindness and flexibility made a stressful situation so much easier and more comfortable.
Everything was simply perfect, from the beautiful and spacious apartments to the excellent facilities, wonderful location, and outstanding hospitality.
A heartfelt thank you to the lovely hosts for their genuine kindness, attentiveness, and exceptional service. You made our time in Prague even more memorable!
