The hotel was in a great location in Old Prague. They also provided loads of information regarding the sites which were walkable from the hotel.
They need to add a ramp entry for the mobility impaired. Several steps must be negotiated to enter the lobby. It would also help with bringing in your luggage.

It is in a great location near the old town but on a quiet street. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, they even provided a vase for my flowers when I asked for scissors! The location is also fantastic, with supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance.
My only minor issue was the stairs at the entrance. They were a bit challenging with heavy luggage, especially since I arrived early and had to manage my bags on my own before staff were available to assist. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't mind a few stairs, as the service and location are wonderful
