Clean. Super spacious rooms. Has a good A/C. Very decent breakfast. Staff was nice overall. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to Charles Bridge and on the other side its walking distance to Old Square. Recommended if youre looking for a nice clean place to sleep and have breakfast then go touring the city.
The king/queen/double bed is 2 beds conjoined with 2 separate duvets. I was a solo traveller and wouldve preferred 1king and 1 duvet

I really liked that it is very well positioned, you can get there quickly in all directions, quick access to transportation, nothing was missing at this hotel

Location was very good. The beds were good. The room was very clean. Because we got the deluxe room, and it wasn’t on the first floor, it was quiet. But under any circumstances risk to get a room on the first floor. It’s VERY noisy.
The pillows were the worst I’ve ever slept on. The room was too warm and there was no option to cool it, just to heat it even more. The staff were unfriendly. The schedules for room service were too early, and some days I couldn’t get the service done because I left the room by noon. The room was pretty basic for a 4-star, allegedly boutique hotel.
