Johnny was incredibly attentive and kind throughout my stay. I arrived very late (around 1–2 a.m.) after having some difficulties finding the place, and he patiently stayed up waiting for me and even came out to find me when I got lost. I really appreciated that level of care and support, especially as a first-time visitor to Egypt.
The room itself was very comfortable and thoughtfully prepared. Small details like a brand-new toothbrush, loofah, and toiletries made a difference and showed that they genuinely care about the guest experience. There was also a small fridge and a coffee/tea station.
The highlight of the stay was definitely the view — absolutely stunning. From the room and especially from the rooftop, you can see the pyramids, which creates a really special atmosphere, particularly in the evening. It’s a unique experience to be able to enjoy that view so closely.
The location is quite difficult to find, as there is no visible sign and it is tucked away in a street where cars don’t easily access.
The accommodation is on an upper floor (around 4 flights of stairs) with no lift, I didn’t mind but I think it’s important to be aware of.
Regarding the area, while the location is very close to the pyramids (which is a big advantage), the surroundings did not feel particularly comfortable to walk around, even during the day. It may not match everyone’s expectations of what they consider a “nice” or easy area to navigate.
Communication was mainly through WhatsApp, but I was contacted without prior consent, which felt slightly uncomfortable. In addition, my phone number was shared with a third party who contacted me to sell a taxi service from the airport. The messages were quite insistent even after I declined, which felt intrusive and inappropriate.
Another inconvenience was the lack of luggage storage after check-out. Since my bus was leaving late at night, I would normally expect to leave my bags somewhere, as is common in many accommodations. However, this was not possible, and I had to pay extra to keep the room until the evening.

¡Tuve una estancia increíble!
La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y la vista a las pirámides era absolutamente espectacular, especialmente al amanecer y al atardecer. El lugar es tranquilo y la ubicación es perfecta, cerca de muchos lugares turísticos.
Un agradecimiento especial a Johnny, fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. ¡Hizo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor! Sin duda volveré otra vez ❤️

Location close to the pyramids and the view
The room was not ready to receive two persons, there was no hospitality gifts as showed in the photos and breakfast was difficult to get.
