A magical place! Ideal for birders/naturalists wanting to see the endemic species of the wet, tropical highlands. Everyone who stays should go to YouTube to watch the 30-minute David Attenborough documentary on William T. Cooper (the former owner/resident of the lodge) and his bird art.
I didn’t have a problem with it, but visitors looking for a hotel or resort experience should understand that that is not what this is. It is a bedroom and bathroom with access to self-catering kitchen/dining facilities next to 160 acres of nature reserve.
