There was still rubbish from previous guests and the apartment wasn't overly clean.

The beds weren't comfortable, the linen didn't fit and there were no spare blankets.

Very comfortable apartment with excellent facilities. Very handy to shops and bus routes

Lovely decor and a spacious, if compact, design. Good security. Great to have the small outside balcony. Wonderfully quiet inside at night. Great appliances (except TV)

TV remote control had unresponsive buttons - very frustrating! The Netflicks account was locked except for kids programmes. Two out of the three heaters provided didn't work. Visitor parking in the neighbourhood was limited.

It was a great stay we would use the accommodation again next time we are in Wellington.

It was very quiet, it was in an ideal location for our purposes, it had two comfortable bedrooms, it had a full kitchen albeit small.

Quite a few flights of stairs to the apartment and it was awkward trying to open the lock box and fiddly opening the door.
