Great staff! Great room! Great location!

Had everything I needed and the staff was so so incredibly helpful with parking during my stay while my daughter was in hospital. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

A little bit cold when I got there but the heating provided heated my room up almost immediately

The proximity to Newtown and Wakefield hospital, good towels

Bed not very comfy, had to ask for a toaster, very little kitchen ware, five huge knives, no peeler, one pot, one element didn't work and the WIFI was weak
