- The cottage was beautiful and somehow felt both cosy and spacious at the same time. - Good communication from the owner made accessing the keys incredibly seamless. - The complimentary wine and chocolates with a hand-written note was a lovely touch. - My favourite thing was how well-stocked the cottage was! They had everything we could possibly want or need to make our stay completely effortless including plenty of cleaning products, cooking utensils, extra towels and blankets, bathroom essentials etc.

The cottage was in a quiet street, and walking distance to a look out and walking tracks which was lovely being able to walk out your door and walk to a lookout of the blue mountains. The cottage was comfortable, cosy and warm. It was great having a nespresso coffee machine and very handy having a laundry. We loved feeding the fish in the backyard and the lovely garden. The cottage was well equipped with the warmest heated beds. There was ample heating, a fireplace split system, heated beds plus heaters in the rooms, we didn't need the room heaters as it wasn't too cold. The kitchen was well equipped and there were games and books to use while there. We appreciated the gifts left too :)

Bathroom was dated and had some mould around the bath, the parking spot was a bit tight in a SUV.

Nothing. Everything was thought of, nothing lacking.

Good location. Property is lovely.

Interaction with the owner on-site was very unpleasant. We had missed the requirement to specifically arrange for our dogs to be there. As we were coming back from a walk the owner charged over from next door and was grumpy and disagreeable - telling me it was my fault and all but saying it was done on purpose. Demanded cash payment then and there. When my partner came out to smooth things over he gave her a mouthful too. Sadly it did leave a sour taste.
