The property was perfect for our needs & well-equipped. Beds were comfortable, everywhere was very clean & nicely-presented. The view is fabulous! Parking spot a real bonus

View of the estuary. Quite comfortable flat. Near to facilities, but in a residential area.
Not sufficient rubbish facilities, no recycling. Took some of rubbish / and all recycling home.
Parking possible but challenging as mentioned by other guests.
The double mattress was a bit hard, but this personal choice.

Great view and location. Living room was nicely furnished.
Single beds were uncomfortable. Took duvets out as we had a heatwave - one duvet was stained. Very basic kitchen supplies and limited cutlery etc. Shower was either cold or suddenly roasting hot. First time we have ever not received a little welcome pint of milk, bread or fruit etc.. Parking space would suit a mini. Soundproofing / neighbours noise not great but all windows were open during heatwave.
