DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.

Great location. Very responsive when keycode lock was being temperamental. Very clean. I Loved the saltwater pool. Kids enjoyed watching World Cup (3 huge screens!). They have an extra full-sized fridge in the garage! And 2 washer/dryers. Nice pool furniture. Decent supply of stocked spices. Grill worked well. Would be great if there were bedside lamps in the master.

We were in town for a family wedding and therefore did not use any of the amenities. I liked the cleanliness and plethora of towels. Very spacious.

The house was everything we needed and more. The host was fabulous and extremely helpful and responsive. All VRBO rentals should use this property as the standard to live up to.
