Our stay at Roy Villa Beach Front exceeded all expectations, largely thanks to Roy’s exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, he took amazing care of us and made us feel right at home.
One of the absolute highlights of our trip was the dinner he prepared for us. Roy personally went out to buy fresh prawns and cooked them himself—the meal was simply delicious. Beyond the food, we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with him and learning so much about Sri Lanka's culture, daily life, and local insights. He also recommended a fantastic spot for lunch nearby, which turned out to be another great success.
The hotel facilities are fantastic. The big swimming pool is really clean. The family room he provided was very spacious, fully equipped with every amenity we could need, and even featured two showers, which was extremely convenient.
It is a wonderful place to relax, feel comfortable, and enjoy a memorable vacation in Sri Lanka. We highly recommend staying here!

Perfekt gelegen an einem wunderschönen Strand. Frühstück wird in der Beach Cabana serviert. Außergewöhnlich guter Service. Sehr sauberer Pool. Roy war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat alle Sonderwünsche erfüllt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

Pas de surprise; la location est conforme à l'annonce. Le manager et le personnel sont super sympa., à votre écoute, et de bon conseil. Nous avons eu beaucoup d'infos de la part du manager.Tout était parfait. Nous recommandons cet établissement.

Les employés sont adorables et vous font passer une superbe séjour.
L’hôtel est situé sur la plage, avec piscine, Clim, eau chaude la chambre était très bien. Je vous le conseille si vous voulez dormir dans cette zone ou êtes de passage. L’adresse indiqué sur booking n’est pas le point exact, vous pouvez vous rendre à l’adresse et ils vous indiqueront l’hôtel!
La chambre est génial mais l’hôtel est en déclin, les espaces intérieurs sont abîmés et les équipements extérieurs sont en travaux.
