Very comfortable and clean. Excellent communication with the host, who went above and beyond to help us have a great stay. From lending us a brownie pan to bringing up seat cushions for the balcony chairs, we were very blessed by the hosts. The location is very convenient to O'Hare with places to eat and get groceries an easy walk across the street. Our event was in Evanston; Niles was a more affordable location that was still an easy drive (30 minutes on non-toll roads) over to the shoreline. Our group of four adults was very comfortable in the quiet comfortable roomy apartment.

No complaints - - we even had good weather.

This location had so much room on the entire apartment. This was our first time in the Chicago area. This area was great to get around to what we needed. Everything was clean and taken care of even though it is an aged apartment. I would recommend it.

There was no clothes washer and dryer in the unit. Had there been then this would have been a different review. This is an honest review. We needed those utilities for our party. Short visits I would recommend. Also if you don't mind the short drive there is a laundry.
