The location was great. Across the street from the property's private beach. And less than a quarter mile from restaurants and bars. Excellent shark tooth hunting.
They are renovating, and this unit hasn't been completed yet. Can't wait for it to be complete and visit again.

The location was better than expected. It was so easy to walk across to the beach. At night it was VERY nice to go downstairs and use the grill to make dinner. There was more than enough space for all of the kids and adults.
I didn't like the fact that there was no carpet to wipe your feet off at the door. Also the lack of cookware to prepare a meal. The only other suggestion would be a bigger fan for the room with the bunkbeds as there is no AC vent in that room.

Location was good. Rooms were big. The A/C worked well. There was and outdoor shower to clean off the sand before coming in.
The space was not as clean as expected, especially when we paid for a cleaning fee. There were hairs on the bathroom counter. We opened up the fold out couch and found rice on the sheet, and debris and food under the couch. Some of the counters were peeling. It is a very old property.
