Excellent location, good size bedroom, comfortable bed, plenty of storage and well equipped kitchen. Tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean.
No curtains or blinds in the bedroom. A lot of light came in through the shutters which along with the noise from the street made sleeping difficult.
We never met a person, all communication was virtual.
There was hardly any information on the local area. It is the only place we have ever stayed with no welcome pack i.e. water, milk, biscuits etc.

This was amazing apartment in the center of Rome, close to all main attractions, close to bus, taxi stops, very easy and convenient to navigate from it in Rome. Grocery store 20 meters from main door. Apartment had everything we needed (and more) for several day stay - coffee machine and supplies of capsules, all dishes, kitchen appliances, nice big modern refrigerator, everything what might be needed to stay several days or even weeks, even the washing machine which was handy when you stay longer. Aparment is new and modern, I liked beds, best pillows I had in recent several years in rented apartments/hotels. The best part was air conditioners in each room - when it was 37-38 outside, these air conditioners were life savings, also at night. So we had a very good rest because of them. Check-in and checkout processes were smooth, host even allowed us to check-in couple hours earlier than planned, so no need to worry about luggage when we arrived to Rome. I would definitely stay next time here if I will have chance.
There is nothing to say - I liked everything there from first minute I stepped in.

Замечательная новая квартира, свежий ремонт, образцовый дом с прекрасном подъездом, аутентичный лифт. Отличное расположение, вы можете утром прогуляться на очаровательный местный рынок Campo dei Fiori, купить фермерских продуктов и приготовить завтрак на своей прекрасно оборудованной кухне. Видом из окон можно любоваться вечно. Сразу за домом Тибр и Трастевере. Нет толп туристов. Продуктовый магазин напротив входа в дом. В квартире есть все необходимое для жизни. От ортопедических подушек до стиральной машины. Очень чисто. До всех достопримечательностей легко дойти пешком. Хозяин профессионал. Очень рекомендую.
Не нашли капсулы для стиральной машины, но магазин прямо перед домом.

Emplacement exceptionnel, bus tram en bas de l'immeuble, vues sur la ville, très bien équipé, literie excellentes.
Un peu de bruit dans la chambre, du fait des transports publics, mais cela reste raisonnable car l'appartement est très bien isolé.
L'installation électrique a tendance a disjoncter si on utilise trop d'équipements en même temps.
