This place is amazing. I wish I was here for longer than 1 night. Seif helped pick me up, which was very nice. He was patient even when passport control was taking long. They have a lot of things offered as rearranging tour guides and pick up. That is very helpful. I stayed in the Panorama Suite which is great and amazing. I loved waking up to the views of the pyramids. The facilities are so clean and the bed is so comfy I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Youssab brought me a delicious breakfast and has been very nice. He walked me downstairs when my car was picking me up. I would recommend staying in this place.
Just to note - bring enough cash whether euros or USD.

Mr Abdelrahman’s hospitality was exceptional! The rooms were spotless, the hotel is very close to the pyramids, and the view of the pyramids directly from the rooms was absolutely incredible. The breakfast was also excellent. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. Honestly, I recommend this hotel 1,000%!

The location is absolutely spectacular - direct views of the Giza Pyramids from the balcony are breathtaking and unforgettable. Staff were helpful and communicated well in English. Breakfast portions were generous.
Payment policy (5% credit card surcharge is unreasonable for Booking listings). Room space is extremely limited with no seating area. Bathroom vanity too small with insufficient power outlets. Bed linens are heavily pilled and need replacement. Breakfast hygiene could be better (flies and dust observed), and menu variety is lacking.
