The location and the staff's service were excellent. Everyone was very kind.
The area right in front of the hotel was a bit dirty, so I thought it would be better if they cleaned it up.

The staff for this hotel were like no other. They truly felt like family by the end of my stay. They helped organize our taxis, tours, reservations, and even helped us out with bookings after we left! Sarah was extremely kind and she was such a fast communicator—whenever I had a question, she had a solution. Her brother Abdul was also very kind and helpful, and showed me the local spots to try some food and explore. My mother was worried about safety coming into Egypt, and she never had one worry while at this stay. They were so kind as to leave her a birthday surprise upon our arrival. The view of the pyramids is insane—there is legitimately nothing closer to the entrance of the Great Pyramids + Sphinx than this hotel and a restaurant next to us. I would 100% stay again, and will be recommending this spot to everybody who plans on visiting Egypt.
I think I expected a semi-middle direct view of the pyramids, but our room had the pyramids all the way to the left side of our room. It’s by no means a negative, just different expectations! Rooftop view is the best

the view was amazing we sat at night on the rooftop and this will be a core memory for us,
we also booked a tour guide from the hotel which is a must, our toerguide was fantastic. but I must mention Sarah she went above and beyond for us, fantastic caring individual!

Able to see the pyramid at the terrance when having breakfast. Breakfast is great
Poor interior design. The sink was leaking water.
