Great staff, fabulous views of Pyramids, wonderful breakfast
Could have done with a cold beer or wine, no alcohol, but not the end of the day

Son emplacement . Une super vue des pyramides depuis le restaurant . Un accueil à 4h du matin
Le bruit car ma chambre était au rez de chaussée . Les autres chambres à l’étage sont plus silencieuses

L’emplacement à 2 min des pyramides
Le petit déjeuner très copieux et qui correspond bien aux photos.
La literie confortable.
La douche : pas d’évacuation donc l’eau déborde au bout de 30 secondes et inonde toute la salle de bain. Impossible donc de se laver les cheveux.
Les frais en CB : il faut payer en euros ou dollars mais l’hôtel ne précise pas en amont qu’il applique 3% de frais si on ne paye pas en cash.

Posizione eccellente, proprio di fronte alle piramidi, davvero impagabile. Buona e abbondante colazione.
In quattro giorni di soggiorno la stanza non è mai stata pulita e gli asciugamani non sono mai stati cambiati.
La posizione è ottima, ma lo stesso vale per molte altre strutture nella zona. Purtroppo abbiamo vissuto un episodio molto spiacevole: mia madre ha dimenticato il telefono sul tavolo della colazione e questo è scomparso.
Il personale si è dimostrato molto disponibile nel proporre tour, taxi e altri servizi, ma quando ho chiesto aiuto per verificare l’accaduto non ho più ricevuto alcuna risposta. Considerando la presenza di telecamere nella terrazza della colazione, ci saremmo aspettati almeno un tentativo di verifica o una maggiore collaborazione.
Il telefono era di scarso valore economico, ma conteneva foto personali importanti.
Alla luce di tutto ciò, non mi sento di consigliare questa struttura.
