Casa Santa Clara exceeded every expectation. Tucked in the heart of Quito's historic center, this beautifully designed, family-run boutique hotel gets every detail right — but what truly sets it apart is the people. Belen at the front desk welcomed us each day with such warmth and genuine care that returning to the hotel felt like coming home. Chef Anthony's food was a highlight of our entire stay in Ecuador. You can feel the owner's passion and investment in every corner of this property — the design, the atmosphere, the service, all impeccably curated. We've stayed in boutique hotels around the world, and this is one of the very best. An absolute must if you're visiting Quito. We can't wait to return.

An absolute masterpiece in Quito. Our stay at Hotel Santa Clara was nothing short of exceptional. We stayed in the Nogal suite, and the room itself was absolutely amazing. The breathtaking views of Quito from our windows are something we will never forget.
The hotel's design is a stunning work of art, seamlessly blending historic architecture with modern sophistication. Every corner of the property is beautiful and thoughtfully curated.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the high-quality staff. Their attentiveness and warmth made us feel completely at home from the very first minute. They went above and beyond in every way imaginable—from curating outstanding restaurant recommendations to seamlessly helping us source a specific camera part.

We loved everything about Casa Santa Clara- from the welcoming staff, beautifully done rooms, excellent breakfast, great location to the small things like a washer/dryer in our room, breakfast made to our timing, gorgeous views from the rooftop, and the helpful staff, ready to answer and assist at all hours of the day. We have traveled the world and this is one of our favorite hotels. There really was nothing left out. It is fairly new and felt like a hidden secret - we’re glad we visited when we did!
There isn’t anything we didn’t like- everything truly was exactly as we liked it, it exceeded expectations.

The property is stunning and gorgeous and so beautifully done…it’s exotic and thoughtfully designed luxurious . the Staff were amazing we had a two bedroom suite with a private access to the terrace. The views were stunning and location fabulous and the food was fabulous
